Me & Daddy!

This  year my Mammie (Pauline) made me Spiderman cakes.

As usual when Daddy plans a party, 
things got a little crazy, and the police had to show up.
- it was okay though; we bribed them with cake  - 

Guess who else came to my birthday party?
SPIDERMAN

  
Spiderman brought me some balloons, made a few jokes, 
and helped everyone sing happy birthday. 

Everyone wanted their photo with the famous web- slinger!
     

     
                                     
Spiderman would have stayed longer, but the the Green Goblin was causing trouble again.  Since all the police officers didn't want to leave without their cake, 
Spiderman told them he would go take care of it.

For the rest of us, it was birthday cake time!

Here I am making a wish.

After the cake, we played some party games.

We played "pin the spider on the Spiderman".
Then, we went outside to whack a Spiderman piñata.
 
 

As you can imagine, anytime you blindfold kids and tell them to swing a stick, 
there were a few scary moments! 

 It was very exciting when the prizes and candies finally all came out. 
  
 We had fun trying to scoop up as much as we could.

...and finally, 
no party would be complete without opening a few gifts.  I got lots of neat stuff!
