Dylan and I thought it would be fun to go up it, because it's way way high in the sky.
To get to the top, we had to take a cable car that goes up the back of the tower. It has lots of windows so you can see everything getting smaller as you go to the top.
We had a great view up there. I could see New York (the state anyway). Sacha seemed to like it too. Here's a photo of us at the top.
There was lots to see. We could see the roof of the stadium and most of Montreal. The people on the ground were so small they looked like ants.
You could see even better with this big telescope they had. All you had to do was keep putting money in it. I was trying to find my house, but the money ran out... Oh well, maybe next time.
Dylan and I had allot of fun up there.
After that, we went back down and walked over to the Biodome. Daddy tells me it used to be the building that they had bicycle races for the Olympics. Now they turned it into a big indoor zoo.
The Biodome is made in different sections that are like different parts of the world. Even the temperature is the same. There aren't any cages, and the birds and animals are pretty much free to move around (we stayed on the path though). We saw lots of animals like monkeys, bats, snakes, alligators, parrots, porcupines, ducks, fish, otters, penguins, and lots of other neat things. Here are a few photos of the animals that daddy took for me...
Daddy and Sacha had a nice time in the jungle too. Sacha seemed to like the warm humid temperature and the sounds of the birds.
My favourite part was the aquarium, where they had lots of fish. It was like we were underwater in a submarine. There were some really funny looking fish, and some really big ones too.
My
cousin Dylan really liked all the neat fish too. All in all we had a nice day. until
next time
